格隆汇11月12日丨畅联股份(603648.SH)公布,2025年11月，公司与上海外高桥生物医药产业发展有限公司正式签署《出资协议》，合资新设上海畅联百福医药有限公司。畅联股份以货币出资3000万元，出资时间：2026年1月30日前，占新公司注册资本的60%；生物医药公司以货币出资人民币2000万元，出资时间：2026年1月30日前，占新公司注册资本的40%；双方合计将持有新公司注册资本的100%。
