格隆汇11月12日丨金新农(002548.SZ)公布,公司于2025年11月12日收到控股股东金农产投《关于股份变动触及1%整数倍的告知函》，金农产投于2025年11月6日通过集中竞价方式减持金新农股票234.54万股，2025年11月12日通过大宗交易方式减持金新农股票663.05万股，合计减持股份897.59万股，减持的股份来源于此前通过集中竞价方式买入的股份。本次减持导致金农产投的持股比例由31.3552%变动为30.2714%，权益变动触及1%整数倍。
