近日，襄阳交警称，近期收到举报，路口为绿灯时，小车停止长达20秒，绿灯快结束车辆才启动，导致后方车辆无法通行，其实绿灯不走与闯红灯，均属违反交通信号灯指示。
交警表示，对于非车辆故障或操作不熟导致的“绿灯不走”，罚款200元、驾驶证记6分。
