据上海市交通委员会消息，2025年第三季度上海市巡游出租汽车及网约车服务质量乘客满意度测评结果近日发布。数据显示，本季度巡游出租汽车乘客满意度指数为83.39，较第二季度结果上升0.17；网约车服务方面，网上调查乘客满意度为81.37，较第二季度结果上升0.25。暗访调查乘客满意度为86.13，较第二季度结果下降0.07。
