凯德腾飞房地产信托11月11日发布公告称，计划以9000万新元脱售位于澳大利亚昆士兰的物流房地产。
这项资产脱售预计将在今年末季完成。交易后，信托仍将持有228项房地产资产，其中97项位于新加坡，美国与欧洲各占49项，澳大利亚则有33项。
