11月11日，据报道，微软公司宣布，将投资100亿美元以扩大在葡萄牙的人工智能基础设施。微软表示，该笔资金将用于在葡萄牙西南部锡尼什建设数据中心园区，该园区将于明年初动工。目前，微软正在与葡萄牙开发商Start Campus及英国初创公司Nscale共同推进该项目。
