11月11日，三一重能（688349）发布公告，姜鹏因个人原因申请辞去公司董事职务，其原定任期到期日为2027年1月28日。辞职后，姜鹏将不再担任公司任何职务。
2025年前三季度，三一重能实现收入144.51亿元，归母净利润1.22亿元。
