格隆汇11月11日丨苏州高新(600736.SH)公布，公司拟向投资管理公司现金增资26,000万元；投资管理公司、苏州高新私募基金管理有限公司（以下简称“私募基金公司”）拟向苏新股权基金同比例增资25,200万元，其中投资管理公司以本次取得的增资资金出资24,948万元，私募基金公司现金出资252万元。投资管理公司、私募基金公司均为公司全资子公司。
