11月11日，信科移动（688387）发布公告，李强因工作安排调整申请辞去公司非独立董事及董事会战略委员会委员职务，辞任时间为2025年11月10日。
同时，公司于2025年11月11日召开职工代表大会，选举叶娇龙为公司第二届董事会职工代表董事，任期至公司第二届董事会任期届满。
2025年前三季度，信科移动实现收入37.63亿元，归母净利润-1.65亿元。
