11月11日，陕西西安雁塔区一小区楼顶起火冒出浓烟。附近居民称，听到爆炸声响后看见火情。燃气公司客服人员称，未接到小区停气通知，现场人员反馈不是天然气爆炸。
雁塔区委宣传部工作人员称，因楼顶保温层泡沫板被引燃冒出浓烟，目前火情已扑灭。雁塔区应急局工作人员称，已派员到场处置，无人员伤亡，事故原因正在调查中。
