11月11日，中信建投证券2026资本市场峰会暨中国-沙特投资合作论坛在京召开。中信建投证券首席经济学家黄文涛博士出席并发表展望。
黄文涛判断，2026年是财政货币双宽松之年。预计明年我们的存款准备金率会有50个BP的下降，在利率方面会有15个BP左右的下降，为稳增长、稳就业、稳预期，发挥至关重要的托底和促进作用。
