11月9日，环保博主“渔猎齐哥”发布视频称，流经重庆南川区南平镇的孝子河存在严重的污染问题。11月10日，封面新闻记者前往孝子河寻找污染源头，发现现场有两处明显排污口，水体呈明灰黑色并伴随有明显臭味。目前南川区生态环境部门已介入调查。封面新闻记者 马嘉豪 编辑 张海琳
