11月7日，重庆一小区电梯内，一位大爷叼着点燃的香烟进入电梯。此时电梯中已有乘客，包括一位阿姨推着婴儿车。同乘年轻男子司先生见状，迅速伸手掐灭烟头并扔出电梯外。
司先生表示自己是父亲，对婴儿健康敏感，因“一秒上头”做出冲动行为，但表示方式欠妥。
