11月10日，海南发展（002163）发布公告，控股股东海南省发展控股有限公司及其一致行动人海南金控于2025年11月9日完成增持计划，累计增持公司股份1090万股，占总股本的1.29%，增持金额合计为1亿元。
本次增持前后海南控股及其一致行动人海南金控的持股情况如下：
2025年前三季度，海南发展实现收入24.99亿元，归母净利润-3.65亿元。
