11月8日，四川成都一网友发布视频称有儿童在地铁6号线上踩踏座椅“荡秋千”，一旁同行的女子不制止其行为反而在给孩子拍照。视频拍摄者在评论区表示，帮忙拍照的人是孩子的妈妈。
11月9日，成都地铁客服回应称，目前没收到投诉，会反映给相关部门核查。地铁上有安全员来回巡查，可能是没有发现。如果乘客发现类似行为可以联系车上工作人员或地铁客服，会及时制止。
