根据《重大节假日免收小型客车通行费实施方案》，在春节、清明节、劳动节、国庆节4个国家法定节假日，7座及以下小型客车享受高速免费通行政策。明年高速免费时间：2月15日至23日（春节）、4月4日至6日（清明节）、5月1日至5日（劳动节）、10月1日至7日（国庆节）。元旦、端午、中秋假期高速不免费。
