财联社11月8日电，国务院新闻办公室8日发布的《碳达峰碳中和的中国行动》白皮书显示，中国能源绿色低碳转型取得显著成效。白皮书指出，中国立足基本国情和发展阶段，在保障能源安全的前提下，大力实施可再生能源替代，推进新型能源体系和新型电力系统建设，为实现“双碳”目标提供有力支撑。
