Fetch ai 已在纽约南区联邦法院起诉 Ocean Protocol，指控其违规出售约 2.63 亿枚 FET 并误导社区，案件编号 1:25-cv-9210。诉讼称，Ocean 将原本用于社区奖励的 7 亿枚 OCEAN 代币转移至开曼实体后兑换并抛售，从而压低 FET 价格并破坏 ASI 联盟治理。Ocean 回应称该诉讼“毫无根据”，将积极应诉。（CryptoSlate）
