航天智装（300455）发布公告，公司于2025年11月7日召开股东大会，同意选举张南为公司第五届董事会非独立董事。
张南，1989年生，现任航天投资控股有限公司投资一部副总经理，兼任无锡泓瑞航天科技有限公司董事、亚太卫星宽带通信（深圳）有限公司董事。
2025年前三季度，航天智装实现收入6.96亿元，归母净利润-1.58亿元。
