财联社11月7日电，纽约联邦储备银行行长John Williams表示，近期隔夜融资市场的波动表明，美联储的银行准备金已接近其理想的水平。Williams为周五在法兰克福的一场会议所准备的讲稿中表示：“基于近期回购市场持续出现的压力，以及其他越来越多的迹象显示准备金从‘充裕’(abundant)向‘充足’(ample)转变，我预计我们很快就会达到充足的准备金水平。”
