11月4日，金塔县古城乡头号村，村民在培训老师指导下正在学习厨艺。
近年来，金塔县持续开展面向城乡劳动力的就业技能培训，涉及家政服务、养老护理、烹调、美容、电焊、月嫂、装载机和挖掘机操作等多个行业，把免费培训送到群众“家门口”。
