吴说获悉，澳大利亚上市公司 Fitell Corporation（NASDAQ: FTEL）宣布与一家美国机构投资者签署证券购买协议，将发行 5000 万美元可转换债券。本次融资所得将转换为稳定币资产，并由美国托管机构保管，资金将用于支持其新设合资 AI 机器人企业 2F Robotics 的发展。融资完成后，Fitell 的公司财库将多元化配置现金、稳定币、Solana（SOL）及 PUMP 资产。
