上证报中国证券网讯（记者 骆民）潍柴动力公告，2025年11月5日，公司与公司参股公司Ceres Power Holdings plc（下称“希锂斯”）签订一项制造许可协议。根据该许可协议，公司拟建立应用于固定式发电市场的电池和电堆生产产线，部分关键部件由希锂斯供应，产品将为AI数据中心、商业楼宇及工业园区等场景提供电力。
