11月6日，天赐材料（002709）发布公告，公司全资子公司九江天赐与合肥国轩高科签订了《年度采购合同》。该协议约定，国轩高科在2026-2028年度向九江天赐采购预计总量为87万吨的电解液产品。具体的采购量、采购单价、规格型号等将以双方确认的《采购订单》为准。
2025年前三季度，天赐材料实现收入108.43亿元，归母净利润4.21亿元。
