目前，“童趣风车”平湖儿童青少年中心幕墙安装持续进行中。项目坐落于嘉兴平湖市东湖景区附近。旨在为平湖市打造一座充满童趣与活力的标志性文化综合体，成为孩子们探索与成长的欢乐乐园。

The curtain wall installation of the "Playful Pinwheel" Pinghu Children and Youth Center is currently progressing steadily. Located near the East Lake Scenic Area in Pinghu, Jiaxing, The project aims to create a vibrant and engaging cultural landmark for Pinghu City, serving as a joyful haven where children can explore and grow.

项目采用“童趣风车”为设计理念，用转动的风车表达中心“汇聚与交融”的美好愿景，自由舒展的形态勾勒出地毯式的开放建筑。同时在满足功能使用的前提下创造出丰富的广场空间，结合景观，为市民们带来多元生态的绿色体验。

The design embraces the concept of a "playful pinwheel" to symbolize the beautiful vision of "gathering and blending." Its freely flowing form outlines an open, carpet-like architectural layout. At the same time, the design creates a vibrant plaza space that integrates with the landscape, offering citizens a diverse and ecological green experience—all while fulfilling functional needs.

项目动态 | “众人拾柴”温州新生代大厦幕墙即将完工

“众人拾柴”温州新生代大厦，幕墙即将完工，目前施工进展顺利。项目位于浙江温州龙湾区，建筑面积 24,000 平方米，是涵盖企业总部、商务配套、创业服务、企业客厅等功能的办公综合体。

Recently, The curtain wall installation of the "Stacking of Waves" MRDT Office Industrial Park is nearing completion. The project is located in Longwan District, Wenzhou, Zhejiang. It covers an area of 24,000 square meters and is an office complex that covers functions such as corporate headquarters, business supporting facilities, entrepreneurial services, and corporate living rooms.

为满足多样化办公需求，设计采用多层与高层结合的独栋式布局。高层建筑通过体块拆分实现轻盈感，并精准对应各自功能。立面以海浪为灵感，营造流动感，同时通过盒子“窗口”远望城市未来，打造一座面向未来的城市之窗。

To accommodate diverse office needs, the design adopts a combination of multi-story and high-rise standalone buildings. The towers are broken into lighter volumes, each tailored to its function.Inspired by ocean waves, the facade brings a sense of motion, while the “windows” frame views of the city’s future—shaping a window to the urban horizon.

项目动态 | “垂直工厂” 绿珠科创中心幕墙即将完工

近日，“垂直工厂”绿珠科创中心的高层幕墙即将完工。项目位于位于杭州西湖区紫金港科技城核心区。园区由两座14层（73.8米）的主楼和六座4层（23.2米）的独栋构成。

Recently, The curtain wall construction of the "Vertical Factory" Green Pearl Innovation Center is nearing completion. Located in the core area of Zijingang Science and Technology City in Xihu District, Hangzhou. The park consists of two main buildings with 14 floors (73.8 meters) and six standalone buildings with 4 floors (23.2 meters).

当工业发展遇到城市化，"工业 4.0"和"工业上楼 3.0"的概念正引领着全球制造业向更高效、集约和智能的方向迈进。在这一背景下，2023年经过反复论证，项目在原址进行城市更新，将平面的工厂通过“工业上楼”升级为“立体工厂”，推动土地集约高效利用，旨在打造集“产学研”为一体的生态型工业示范园区。

As industrial development converges with urbanization, the concepts of “Industry 4.0” and “Vertical Factory 3.0” are driving global manufacturing toward greater efficiency, density, and intelligence. In this context, the project underwent a thorough feasibility study in 2023 and proceeded with an urban renewal plan on its original site—transforming a traditional flat factory into a vertical, three-dimensional production facility. This shift promotes more intensive and efficient land use, and aims to establish an ecological industrial demonstration park integrating industry, academia, and research.

项目发布 | “山川卧龙”江山市虎山运动公园游泳馆

江山市群众体育中心游泳馆由零壹城市建筑事务所（LYCS Architecture）进行建筑室内一体化设计。该项目位于江山市虎山运动公园核心区域，是该市首座达到乙级专业标准的游泳场馆，建筑面积14,244平方米，包含一个标准比赛池与一个训练池，是一座集竞赛功能与市民公共服务于一体的多功能体育设施。

The Hushan Sports Park Swimming Center in Jiangshan was designed by LYCS Architecture, which led the project's integrated architectural and interior design. Located in the heart of Hushan Sports Park, the facility is the first professional-grade swimming venue in the city to meet Class B national competition standards. With a total floor area of 14,244 square meters, the center includes a standard competition pool and a training pool, serving as a multifunctional venue that accommodates both professional events and daily public use.

项目建成后，江山成为衢州首个完成“一场两馆”体育体系建设的县市。这一游泳馆的落成不仅显著提升了区域体育基础设施水平，也填补了江山长期缺乏公共泳池的城市空白，为承办各类赛事与市民日常使用提供了新的空间可能。

Upon completion, the project made Jiangshan the first county-level city in Quzhou to fulfill the "one stadium, two arenas" public sports infrastructure system. The new swimming center not only significantly enhances the city's overall athletic facilities but also fills a long-standing gap in public swimming amenities. It provides a versatile space capable of hosting competitive events while serving the everyday needs of the local community.

10月30号，零壹城市受邀出席“生生与共”2025 AD100 颁奖盛典。零壹城市继2017、2019、2021之后，再次入选AD100中国极具影响力设计榜单，被评为“AD100中国最具影响力100位建筑与室内设计精英”！

On October 30, 2025, LYCS Architecture was invited to attend the "Symbiosis & Coexistence" 2025 AD100 Awards Ceremony. Following its previous recognitions in 2017, 2019, and 2021, LYCS Architecture has once again been listed among the AD100 China's Most Influential Designers, honored as one of China's 100 Most Influential Figures in Architecture and Interior Design 2025!

零壹城市受邀参加 2025摩登上海设计周

9月9日，零壹城市建筑事务所合伙人——来震宇先生受邀参加2025摩登上海设计周，并在“叙境·共生——建筑与室内设计中的情感联结”主题论坛中，以“未来的过去式”为题发表演讲，分享了他的设计思考与实践经验。

On September 9th, Mr. Lai Zhenyu, Partner at LYCS Architecture, was invited to attend the 2025 Modern Shanghai Design Week. At the themed forum "Narrative & Symbiosis: Emotional Connections in Architecture and Interior Design," he delivered a keynote speech titled “The Past of the Future” sharing his design thinking and practical experience.

摩登上海作为推动中国设计走向世界的重要平台，与美国《室内设计》杂志联合，并在行业协会支持下打造了一个贯通学术与实务的国际论坛。本次论坛聚焦建筑与室内设计的交互，探讨设计师如何以创新手法，让空间成为富有生命力的叙事载体，激发情感共鸣并传递文化价值。

As a key platform promoting Chinese design to the world, Modern Shanghai, in collaboration with Interior Design magazine (U.S.) and supported by professional industry associations, has created an international forum bridging theory and practice. This year’s forum focuses on the interaction between architecture and interior design, exploring how designers use innovation to transform space into a living narrative that evokes emotion and conveys cultural value.

多项目荣获 2025 瑞士BLT建筑设计奖

近日，2025 BLT建筑设计奖（Built Design Awards）公布获奖名单，零壹城市建筑事务所设计的“邂逅在校园的街道” 衢州第六实验学校，荣获 建筑设计-教育类大奖（Architectural Design - Educational, Winner）。“轻盈的连接” 骏跃科技总部，荣获 室内设计-办公空间/办公室类大奖（Interior Design - Workplace/Office, Winner）。

Recently, the 2025 BLT Built Design Awards announced its winners. LYCS Architecture’s project"Encounter on a Campus Street" – Quzhou No.6 Experimental Schoolreceived the Architectural Design – Educational, Winner, while"Joyful Connections" – JOYE Technology HQwas honored with the Interior Design – Workplace/Office, Winner.

衢州第六实验学校入围 荷兰Archello大奖名单

近日，由零壹城市建筑事务所设计的 “邂逅在校园的街道”——衢州第六实验学校，入围 2025 荷兰 Archello 大奖 - 年度小学建筑类别（Primary School Building of the Year）长名单。

Recently, “Encounter on a Campus Street” Quzhou No.6 Experimental School, designed by LYCS Architecture, was longlisted for the 2025 Archello Awards in the category of Primary School Building of the Year category.

Archello Awards 是由总部位于荷兰阿姆斯特丹的建筑与设计平台 Archello 发起的国际奖项，旨在表彰全球在建筑、室内、景观及建筑产品设计领域具有卓越表现的作品与创作者，强调可持续性、材料创新与空间体验。2025 年为该奖项首届，共设多个奖项类别，从全球超过 1,000 件参赛作品中评选出长名单入围项目。

The Archello Awards is an international awards program initiated by Archello, a design and architecture platform headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. It aims to recognize outstanding projects and creators across the fields of architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, and building product design, with a strong emphasis on sustainability, material innovation, and spatial experience. The 2025 edition marks the inaugural year of the awards, featuring multiple categories and a longlist selected from over 1,000 submissions worldwide.
