天赐材料（002709）发布公告，2025年11月6日，公司与中创新航科技集团股份有限公司签订了《2026-2028年保供框架协议》。
根据协议，公司承诺在2026-2028年度向中创新航供应预计总量为72.5万吨的电解液产品。具体的采购量、单价、规格和交货时间将以双方确认的《采购订单》为准。
2025年前三季度，天赐材料实现收入108.43亿元，归母净利润4.21亿元。
