11月6日，上海市杨浦区市场监督管理局回应辖区内一面馆天花板出现老鼠攀爬一事。
该局工作人员表示，执法人员于10月27日接到网民举报后到现场核查，确认情况属实，已要求涉事面馆整改并作出行政处罚决定。
