近日，吉林某小学课间期间，两名学生在操场玩耍时奔跑相撞，导致其中一人骨折并构成十级伤残。受伤学生家长将另一家长与学校告上法庭，索赔总计13万元。
目前，案件处于调解阶段，责任划分尚未最终确定，A方家长称法官初步拟定方案为令其承担50%责任，需赔偿6万余元；骨折方学生家长承担20%责任；学校承担30%责任。
