格隆汇11月5日｜伯特利公告，根据公司发展及战略规划需要，抓住产业发展机遇，公司与金润电气共同投资并设立芜湖伯特利驱动科技有限公司，注册资本为人民币10,000万元，公司使用自有资金出资人民币6,000万元，持股比例60%；金润电气使用自有资金出资人民币4,000万元，持股比例40%。
