北京商报讯（记者 郭秀娟 王悦彤） 11月5日，老恒和酿造发布公告，由于其他业务承担及工作安排之缘故，朱冰已辞任执行董事及首席执行官，辞任后，朱冰将不再担任集团内任何职位。同日，李清华已获委任为执行董事及首席执行官，自2025年11月5日起生效。
