11月4日，香港土地注册处发表2025年10月份统计数字。数据显示，10月份送交土地注册处注册的所有种类楼宇买卖合约共7190份（较9月份上升4.7%，与去年10月比较，亦上升22.8%）。以12个月移动平均数计算，10月份的楼宇买卖合约数字为6482份（较9月份上升1.7%，与去年10月比较，亦上升25.3%）。
10月份楼宇买卖合约总值579亿元（较9月份上升8.3%，与去年10月比较，亦上升39.0%）。上述买卖合约中，住宅楼宇买卖合约占5714份（较9月份上升1.3%，与去年10月比较，亦上升21.7%），10月份的住宅楼宇买卖合约总值511亿元（较9月份上升8.1%，与去年10月比较，亦上升37.0%）。
