上海是中国较早步入老龄化的城市之一。随着近年数字转型的加快，由于信息不对称、不会使用数字设备等原因，导致老年人深陷数字鸿沟。最近，中国建设银行上海市分行制作了第二版、385页的《养老指南》，其中涵盖了老年人最常遇到的问题，通过各网点免费发放给老年用户，为他们答疑解惑。
