10月31日，繁峙县十七届人大常委会召开第三十五次会议。
会议进行了人事任免。通过无记名投票的方式任命姚斐为繁峙县人民政府办公室主任，王志胜为繁峙县发展和改革局局长，韩铭为繁峙县水利局局长，刘鹏飞为繁峙县行政审批服务管理局局长，韩斌为繁峙县监察委员会副主任，魏振天为繁峙县人民法院审判员。
