新华社北京11月3日电（记者马卓言、冯歆然）外交部发言人毛宁3日在例行记者会上答问时表示，为了贯彻落实党的二十届四中全会精神，扩大高水平对外开放，持续便利中外人员往来，中方决定将对法国等国的免签政策延长至2026年12月31日。此外，中方将于2025年11月10日至2026年12月31日对瑞典免签。
