当地时间11月1日，以军当晚突袭约旦河西岸城市纳布卢斯东部区域及阿斯卡尔老难民营，并使用了烟雾弹、震爆弹、催泪瓦斯等。
巴勒斯坦伊斯兰圣战组织（杰哈德）下属武装组织圣城旅发表声明称，该组织在纳布卢斯营与以军交火，使用预先设置的爆炸装置对以军车辆和步兵造成杀伤。以军对此暂无回应。
