近日，有网友发现铁路12306购票页面的部分车次旁，出现了绿色的“宠”字标识。12306客服确认，这代表该列车可办理宠物托运。据负责此项业务的中铁快运公司介绍，目前全国已有50趟列车支持该服务，覆盖北京往返上海、杭州、南京及深圳往返长沙等多条热门线路。
