今年8月7日，甘肃省兰州市榆中县遭遇连续强降雨，引发山洪灾害，导致部分房屋、道路等基础设施严重受损。灾情发生后，为妥善安置受灾群众，当地政府部门规划建设6个集中安置点，涉及325户受灾群众。
