10月31日，理想汽车针对此前上海一理想MEGA 2024款车辆起火事故发文致歉，目前尚未形成最终的技术结论。但内部调查结果显示，事故车同批次的理想MEGA 2024款车辆冷却液防腐性能不足，存在一定安全隐患。理想汽车宣布召回11411辆MEGA 2024款电动汽车。
