10月31日，中国广核公告称，公司已完成向中国广核集团有限公司收购中广核惠州核电有限公司82%股权、中广核惠州第二核电有限公司100%股权、中广核惠州第三核电有限公司100%股权、中广核湛江核电有限公司100%股权的交易款项支付。相关公司于2025年10月31日成为公司的子公司。
