10月31日，广州发展（600098）发布公告，公司拟参与中电建(富民)抽水蓄能开发有限公司50%股权的竞拍。此次竞拍标的股权的转让底价为5323万元。公司全资子公司广州发展电力集团有限公司将以经备案的资产评估报告为基础，通过公开挂牌方式参与竞拍。
2025年前三季度，广州发展实现收入379.65亿元，归母净利润21.59亿元。
