该公司成立于2015年7月，法定代表人为余凯，注册资本80亿人民币，经营范围含工程和技术研究与试验发展、软件开发、基础软件服务、应用软件服务、销售自行开发的产品、数据处理等，由北京地平线信息技术有限公司全资持股。
