财联社10月31日电，Netflix当地时间10月30日宣布，董事会已批准对公司已发行普通股进行“一拆十”。截至11月10日交易结束时登记在册的每位股东，将在11月14日交易结束后按登记日持有的每股股票额外获得9股股票。预计股票将于11月17日开始以分拆调整后的价格进行交易。
