当地时间10月30日，美国联邦航空管理局发布消息称，由于一架进港飞机报告紧急情况，纽约肯尼迪国际机场实施地面停飞。
美国联邦航空管理局在声明中表示："边疆航空3546号航班于30日下午安全降落在纽约肯尼迪国际机场，此前机组人员报告了发动机故障。"
据报道，该机场目前平均延误时间为3小时33分钟。（央视记者 许骁）
