英国电信巨头沃达丰周四表示，将以1.75亿欧元（约2.009亿美元）从私募股权公司Waterland手中收购德国云和数字转型公司Skylink，以扩大其服务范围。
Skylink在德国和欧洲拥有500多名员工，专门管理微软和亚马逊网络服务平台上的云部署，并为企业客户实施人工智能解决方案。
在获得监管部门批准后，该交易预计将于2026年3月底完成。
