以《奥赛罗》为桥，连中俄文化之韵

时值中俄建交 75 周年，为以青年参与为纽带助力两国文化交流，北京金融科技学院国际教育学院第 21 期全球胜任力工作坊活动组织学生们走进北京艺术中心，沉浸式体验国家大剧院与马林斯基剧院联合呈现的威尔第歌剧《奥赛罗》。本次全球胜任力工作坊艺术体验活动不仅深化了学生对经典艺术的理解、提升了跨文化素养，更切实为中俄文化交流注入了新的青春力量。

本次演出规格颇高，由指挥大师瓦莱里・捷杰耶夫率马林斯基交响乐团，携手马林斯基剧院艺术家及中国实力唱将联袂演绎，生动奏响爱与信任、阴谋与嫉妒的悲剧史诗。国家大剧院版《奥赛罗》由国际知名导演强卡洛·德·莫纳科领衔“黄金制作团队”，以恢弘精美的舞台呈现和独具匠心的戏剧构思，忠实再现了莎翁原著的精髓。

在戏剧艺术的璀璨星河中，莎士比亚的《奥赛罗》如同一颗深邃的恒星，于十五世纪晚期的历史幕布下，上演着权力、爱情与人性的激烈碰撞。这部作品以精妙的分幕叙事，在塞浦路斯港口的风暴、城堡花园的阴谋、军营库房的诡谲与卧室的悲剧场景中，将人性的幽暗与光辉、爱情的纯粹与脆弱、权力的诱惑与腐蚀演绎得淋漓尽致。它不仅是一场戏剧的盛宴，更是一次对人性深度的叩问，历经岁月冲刷，仍以其震撼的戏剧张力和深刻的哲学思考，在艺术殿堂中熠熠生辉，成为诠释嫉妒与救赎的永恒经典。

本轮演出正值2024-2025“中俄文化年”，国家大剧院与马林斯基剧院的合作，不仅是世界顶尖艺术机构的巅峰对话，更以音乐为桥梁，为两国友谊注入深厚而温暖的人文内涵。马林斯基剧院承载着俄罗斯百年歌剧艺术的深厚传统，与威尔第歌剧有着深厚渊源。以《奥赛罗》为代表的威尔第晚期作品，更是该剧院常演常新的保留剧目。当这一艺术殿堂与国家大剧院——代表中国表演艺术最高水准与创新活力的机构强强联合，必将为世界呈现一版拥有国际水准的《奥赛罗》。

昨天参加了我校组织的全球胜任力工作坊，去观看了根据莎士比亚作品《奥赛罗》改编的音乐剧，其中我最触动的是：哪怕陷入迷雾，只要敢直面内心、主动沟通，就有拨云见日的可能。作为大学生，我们难免在人际里遇到误解，但这恰恰是成长的契机——就像从经典里汲取勇气，往后遇到分歧，我会更主动去坦诚交流，用真诚打破隔阂。毕竟青春就是在一次次“解题”中变得更成熟，我们要把剧中的警醒变成自己向阳生长的动力，在大学的人际与成长里，活出透亮又真诚的模样。

Yesterday, I joined our university’s Global Competence Workshop to watch the musical adaptation of Shakespeare’s Othello.

What struck me most was the realization that — even when we’re lost in confusion — if we dare to face our own hearts and communicate honestly, there’s always a chance to clear the fog. As college students, misunderstandings in relationships are inevitable, but they can also become opportunities for growth.

Just like the courage drawn from the play, I’ve learned that when conflicts arise, I should be the one to open up first — to speak with honesty and break the wall of silence. Youth, after all, is a journey of solving one “life problem” after another; and through these moments, we grow a little wiser each time. The warning in Othello reminds me to keep sincerity as my compass — to live brightly and truthfully amid all the complexities of campus life.

10月26日，作为参与第一期全球胜任力工作坊的成员，我们跟随老师的脚步，沉浸式欣赏了于北京艺术中心上演的话剧《奥赛罗》，这是一次对莎翁经典深刻而现代的诠释。导演以极简的舞台美学与富有张力的光影，成功营造出悲剧所需的压抑与紧张氛围，将英雄的荣耀与毁灭过程浓缩于方寸之间。演出核心聚焦于人性弱点，在演员精准而充满爆发力的表演下，角色的心理挣扎与命运轨迹被刻画得丝丝入扣。剧中巧妙融入的现代剧场元素，并未削弱古典悲剧的厚重感，反而让嫉妒、怀疑与信任崩塌这一核心命题，与当代观众产生了更为直接的共鸣。整场演出如同一曲精心编织的悲剧交响，在忠实于原著精神的基础上，赋予了它新的舞台生命，引人深思权力、种族与爱的脆弱性，余韵悠长。

On October 26, as part of the first session of our Global Competence Workshop, we had the privilege of immersing ourselves in the stage adaptation of Othello at the Beijing Arts Center — a profound and modern interpretation of Shakespeare’s classic.

The director’s minimalist stage design and the play of light and shadow built an atmosphere of tension and oppression essential to the tragedy. Within that confined space, the rise and fall of a hero unfolded with striking precision.

The focus of the performance lay in exposing human frailty: through the actors’ powerful and finely tuned performances, the audience could feel every tremor of doubt and every twist of fate. The subtle use of contemporary theatre elements didn’t weaken the gravitas of the original tragedy — instead, it deepened the resonance of jealousy, suspicion, and the collapse of trust, making them feel vividly relevant to today’s world.

The entire performance was like a tragic symphony — faithful to the spirit of the original, yet breathing new life into it, prompting reflection on the fragility of power, race, and love. Its aftertaste lingers long after the final curtain.

看完《奥赛罗》，离场时仍然被那份刺骨的遗憾揪着心——最令人扼腕的从不是伊阿古处心积虑的阴谋，而是奥赛罗这样的英雄，亲手碾碎了自己的一切。他曾凭勇毅击退强敌、斩获战功；也曾凭纯粹的信任，赢得苔丝狄蒙娜不顾世俗的深爱。可心底对出身的隐秘不自信，成了他最脆弱的缺口。几句谗言便点燃猜忌之火，他不听爱人半句辩解，将忠诚曲解为背叛，最终举起利刃刺向挚爱。当真相揭开，奥赛罗在悔恨中崩塌——这场悲剧从不是外力摧毁，而是人性弱点被利用后，自我毁灭的必然。这把名为猜忌的刀，不仅扎在剧中人的心上，更永远刻在每个观者的记忆里。

When the curtain fell on Othello, I walked out of the theatre with a heavy heart — haunted not so much by Iago’s deceit, but by how Othello himself destroyed everything he once stood for.

He had been a hero who fought bravely, earning glory and love through courage and faith. Yet the quiet insecurity about his origins became his fatal flaw. Just a few poisonous whispers were enough to ignite his jealousy. He refused to hear his wife’s defense, twisting loyalty into betrayal, and finally turned his sword against the one who loved him most.

When the truth came to light, Othello collapsed under the weight of regret. The tragedy was not the result of an external force, but of a man’s own weakness turned inward — a self-destruction born of doubt. That blade of jealousy cut deeper than any wound; it pierced not only the hearts on stage, but also those of every audience member who watched in silence.

此次全球胜任力工作坊歌剧体验活动的圆满落幕，不仅是北京金融科技学院深耕国际化人才培养的又一重要成果，更彰显了高校在推动中俄人文交流中的积极担当。未来，该校将持续以全球胜任力工作坊等品牌活动为载体，搭建更多跨文化交流平台，让青年学子在多元文化浸润中成长为具备全球视野的复合型人才，同时以教育为媒、以文化为桥，持续为中俄青年友好交流搭建平台，为推动两国人文交流向更深层次、更广领域发展贡献高校智慧与青春力量。
