吴说获悉，加拿大投资公司 Universal Digital 宣布与 Helena Global Investment 达成融资协议，拟通过最多 14 个批次发行最高 5000 万美元的可转换债券。所得资金中 80% 将用于购买比特币，其余用于运营开支。首批发行预计于 10 月 31 日完成。
