人民财讯10月28日电，10月28日，杭州有两宗宅地出让，总成交金额22.05亿元。其中，滨江区浦沿单元宅地经过29轮竞价，由浙江中冠房地产开发有限公司（浙江英冠）以总价17.28亿元竞得，成交楼面价25108元/平方米，溢价率19.33%；钱塘区白杨单元宅地由杭州杰瀚城市发展建设有限公司（远东宏信和钱塘城发）以底价4.77亿元拿下，成交楼面价10500元/平方米。
