10月28日，世界坝体最高抽水蓄能电站——国网新源江苏句容抽水蓄能电站全面投产发电，总装机容量达到135万千瓦，电站设计年发电量13.5亿千瓦时，长三角地区再添一大型清洁能源“调节器”。
