新京报讯 据“高大尚平谷”微信公众号消息，10月27日，区委常委会召开扩大会议。会议宣布中共北京市委关于平谷区区级领导干部任命的决定。市委决定：张胜军同志任中共北京市平谷区委员会常委。
张胜军，男，汉族，1974年1月生，市委党校研究生，文学学士，中共党员。
