10月26日，贵州省委组织部发布省管干部任前公示，现任贵州省发展和改革委员会主任、党组书记邱祯国拟任市（州）党委书记。
公开资料显示，邱祯国，男，汉族，1971年4月生，大学，工程硕士，高级工程师，中共党员。
他曾任贵州省政府副秘书长、办公厅党组成员，省交通运输厅党委书记、厅长等职，于2024年2月履新省发改委党组书记，后获任主任。
